Monitor APF 1-DC EVO

Size 1 monitors are the most compact and lightest monitors in the ALCO product family. The small size combined with compact dimensions allows a space-saving installation or storage. Due to their low weight they are very flexible in use and allow their user to mount them on weak structural elements. Due to various nozzles and accessories these small monitors allow a wide range of applications. The APF 1 whilst very compact features a robust design, making it the ideal bumper monitor. The flow guide vanes and optimised water routing ensure minimal pressure losses whilst maintaining a large throwing range when discharging water or water/foam mixtures. Due to the closed engine area, this monitor is particularly insensitive to contamination and environmental influences. To not exceed the weight limits of the new generation vehicles, special attention was provided utilising new aluminium alloys and composite materials, ensuring a low weight. Equipped with a MZV nozzle, adjustable in both flow rate and jet shape, the APF 1 is the ideal front monitor for wildland firefighting vehicles or smaller firefighting vehicles. The listed basic model is without nozzle and inlet flange. A corresponding flange and nozzle configuration can be made in the listed accessories. The horizontal swivelling range can be increased to up to 360°, depending on the configuration and after prior consultation.
